In support of the company's internationalization process, TC FRUITS has an aid granted by IGAPE for the hiring of a manager, under the 2016 Call for IGAPE grants for the hiring of internationalization managers, co-financed by the European Social Fund within the framework of the ESF Operational Program of Galicia 2014-2020, and included in the Thematic Objective 08 of obtaining training and quality employment.

These grants are aimed at facilitating the acquisition of professional skills in internationalization through internships in companies while supporting Galician SMEs in their internationalization process. The result is that professionals continue to be hired after their participation in the program in the same company or in others thanks to the practical experience received.
